Found this in my Shazam, recorded two weeks ago on an afternoon where I sure wasn't out dancing, and I wondered longtime where the heck I shazamed this. Finally I remembered: there was a latino looking guy with ghetto blaster passing by and playing this loud, so I quickly shazamed it. Youtube comments say it's cumbia, and it seems to be popular at the moment in northern Brazil (Recife).

I think it's psychodelic cumbia from 70's.
