That still doesn’t square with being “very unpopular”. Many popular mainstream republicans lost primary to Trump too in 2016 cycle.

Now I think you are trolling because you haven’t provided any factual basis to support your assertion :P
Ok, Hillary was popular that's why she won against Trump.

Jesus Statue Destroyed: An Israeli Soldier’s Response

an Israeli soldier's response...."When I see a picture like this, I want the whole world to know that not all IDF soldiers are like this, and as a soldier, I can say firsthand that many of us, the people I serve with, feel the same way. And this makes me so mad, and I'm deeply bothered by this type of behavior. There is no place for treating any religious symbols like this, and certainly not Jesus, who represented Love for all mankind. Yes, I am a Jewish believer in Yeshua (Jesus). And I ask myself, how would he respond to something like this? And the truth is, He already did. Jesus was hung on a cross, and He had nails on His hands and feet, and He was pierced on his side. And how did He respond? By giving His life to save all of mankind, including that soldier in that picture. He died for each and every one of us."

Ephesians 6:24....Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.

^^ I dont think anyone thinks that all IDF are bad people
but bad systems bring out the worst in people

he could become a conscientious objector if he wanted, make a stand against the system

sounds like if you are questioning or doubting Jesus's love?
Ye, as a baptized catholic who was all about that when younger, I started reading the Bible with a more critical eye when Older, and have come ro the conclusion that:
1) it was clearly written by a culture targeted at its own people,
2) that the target audience had changed as Christianity moved towards a hellenic world, and the Jewish gradually became the enemy,
3) Jesus was unquestionably a jew and his agenda was solely for the Israelite.

I don't believe he gad universal love, and do believe that if he was in fact 1 historical figure (vs a pastiche) that by the time if the final books in the canon, an agenda was created around him (which makes sense since the very people that killed him ended up being the official figurehead of his church).

before responding to this post, i want to say that i have no intention of indoctrinating anyone, nor of trying to change your beliefs, because God gave human beings the intelligence to choose right from wrong, and also granted Freewill to decide what to believe, therefore, if you are an atheist, it's your choice, take care all

i believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that the Bible is a book of God and was written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. later in life, i realised that it is important to pray before we read the Bible and ask God for guidance and understanding....as the IDF soldier said, Jesus Christ made Himself human and came into this world to give His life to save all of mankind, including the Gentiles (a person who is not Jewish). He died for each and every one of us through his sacrifice on the cross.

here are some Bible verse references to base what we have talked about:

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

the ministry of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles

Luke 2:32 A light to bring revelation to the Gentiles,
And the glory of Your people Israel.

Matthew 4:12-17 Now when Jesus heard that John had been put in prison, He departed to Galilee. 13 And leaving Nazareth, He came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the regions of Zebulun and Naphtali, 14 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying:

15 “The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali,
By the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan,
Galilee of the Gentiles:
16 The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light,
And upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death
Light has dawned.”

17 From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

the convertion of Paul (Saul)....Paul was divinely appointed to spread the Gospel to the Gentiles, establishing churches across the Roman Empire and guiding non-Jewish believers in faith and obedience

here are some Bible verse references to base what we have talked about:

Acts 9:1-6 Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest 2 and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. 3 As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. 4 Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?” 5 And he said, “Who are You, Lord?” Then the Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads.” 6 So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?”

Acts 1:1-2 The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, 2 until the day in which He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom He had chosen,

Acts 13:47 For so the Lord has commanded us: ‘I have set you as a light to the Gentiles, That you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.’ ”

Acts 11:16-18 Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, ‘John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’ 17 If therefore God gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could withstand God?” 18 When they heard these things they became silent; and they glorified God, saying, “Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life.”

Acts 10:45 And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also.

Revelation 22:21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

The interesting thing is nowadays also the leaders may be killed whereever they are and however they hide. Hitler and Stalin couldn't harm each other back then. Now everybody can be drone killed. In some way it is a democratization of war. Do Putin and Xi Jinping think of it when they step out on a balcony? Fortunately no politicians are interested in me so I can still enjoy my beer on the balcony.
Not surprised to read that Putin is hiding because he fears drone attacks - I would do the same if I were a top politician. After all we learned about the Israel/US attacks and how they infiltrated all kind of devices you hold in your hands there is reason to become paranoid. And drones open up a lot of possibilities.

It's said that Trump is hostile towards Iran because he got information they planned to murder him - because he gave order to kill their beloved General Soleimani in 2020, so actually not so surprising they were thinking about revenge. Having survived three assessination attempts Trump may know there may be more to come.

"Putin has been concerned about the leaking of sensitive information and the risk of a conspiracy or coup attempt. He fears in particular the use of drones for a possible assassination attempt by Russia’s political elite."

because God gave human beings the intelligence to choose right from wrong, and also granted Freewill
That’s kind of contradictory - freewill and god.

Freewill itself is debatable whether freewill truly exists. It as much a concept of human creation as the God is.
