Radio Salsa Clásica / El Tornado Tropical con El Caobo

No, unfortunately, there are no archives. I've been asked again and again to podcast the show and I intend to start doing that, but it is yet another task and my plate is already overloaded. I really do need to make it a priority though. It's important!

Post #2 in this 169 page thread, about 4 years ago was asking about rebroadcasting... ;)

Seems definitely worth thing to prioritise at least recording it - Once you've got it recorded, it's much easier to get other people/crowd source to do some of the set up to get the archive/current shows up as a podcast.

Go on go on go on :)

Okay, t0mt0m!

I have the podcasting system in place! By no later than this coming Monday, I will be posting information on my podcasts! You made me do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, folks, it's time to announce a change in our format!

During future shows, we will be playing MUCH MORE NEW MUSIC! Of course, we will maintain the hallmark of the show by playing plenty of the salsa classics. However, a more concentrated focus will now be on new salsa music; especially that of independent artists/labels. We will also be playing music from some of the more commercial salsa artists/labels as well.

Additionally, you will now here more of other genres of music; especially tropical (bachata, merengue, etcetera).

Additionally, we will be posting monthly Top 25 charts right here in this thread.

Lastly, as mentioned in a previous post to this thread, podcasting has been set up and you can expect information on additional opportunities to catch the show. A collaboration is in the works with another great radio station! Please stand by!

So, get ready to hear the new and improved Tornado Tropical con El Caobo! Keep an eye of this thread for future developments!
