Son Montuno
here's a sort of Mambo experiment I did outsourcing a few parts to a few musicians. Mostly overseas, they're , how shall I say, towards the lower end of the payscale, but pretty good nonetheless
Giovani Goulart - Conga, maracas, Timbales
Lionel Antonio Tortolero Quintero - Cajon
Eric "BigaudioBox" - Trumpet
Stephen K. Donnelly - Upright Bass
This isn't mixed, just some mild compression on different instruments. Any feedback would be appreciated. Actually, this being Salsaforums, I'd be curious to know if its danceable at all.

I felt like an honest to goodness big boy arranger, sending him a PDF of the trumpet part's sheet music. I sent it in C not in Bb clef though, cause I don't trust myself with Bb clef yet. Which was fine with him, since he mostly relies on his ears. But speaking of melodic ideas....
