Is Kizomba just dry humping?

Kizz is creeping into Havana. 4 nights had it. And the local flavour of music akin to kizomba that they dance kizomba to has Guaguancó clave

The last time I was in Cuba in 2018, pro Cuban dancers were already super excited to learn kizomba. They were starting from zero though as there were no good local teachers.

There still aren't any local good dancers lol. One of my teachers said there are very few, and the rest pretend to dance it so they can hit on white girls.
When of the male teachers graves her to dance kiz, she glanced at me and gave me the "example, right here" look.

You mean, foreign girls -- Cubans don't care about their skin color, they're after their money/a visa.

Besides, foreign women go to Cuba to dance salsa, so this "strategy" doesn't really make sense :poto: But hey, a lot of jinetero things over there don't make sense :D

A lot of girls are into kizomba in Cuba. When Deauville has an SBK night the same night as Bar Salsa, the latter is empty.
Also it's not just the nineties that pull that these days. A few teachers met one of my acquaintances and by the time she went to keep it was "I'm madly in love with you" texts.
And my teacher thought I was a chick cuz I sent a video of some lady friends saying hi to him.
He told me he loves me and thinks if me every day.
