GBSeX Roll call (Manchester 21-23 Nov 2008)

I reluctantly decided I had to give this a miss. I couldn't do the days and could only Friday and Saturday nights, and I'm afraid I had to decide to give this a miss. I just can't justify £50 (plus travel costs) for a night's dancing.


If only there had been single night tickets ... but I guess the idea is to build up a sense of community.
I really liked the idea of dancing in the town hall - if it's as crazy over the top inside as the exterior, it's going to be an amazing venue. Have a great time everyone and think/don't think* about us tightwads/poverty struck*!

Yea I'll try to make it to Jambo's sets on Friday and Sunday nights up until 10pm. We can meet at the DJ booth itself on those two nights. See you there!

Sorry - missed your DJ sets as I was finishing dinner or finding a spot to sit in for the shows.

Great weekend though! I'll post my own personal review in the Reviews section at some point in the next day or so. But overall I'd give the weekend a 9/10

I'll look forward to reading your review Andrew :D. I agree, it was a great weekend and I can't wait for GBSEx 2009!!! :banana:
