GBSeX Roll call (Manchester 21-23 Nov 2008)

I only now realized that this event is simultaneous with the San Francisco congress. I don't really see what we could do with this (without teleconferencing equipment and giant projection screens :) ) but it's still neat.

Not I. My GF convinced me I don't like congresses and also chased away most of my salsa buddies. Now she's my Ex I have to let the dust settle and maybe I'll be up for a future congress.

Don't actually fancy the Michael and Maxine one (I normally avoid anything with the word shine in the title like the plague) I sort of ran out of inspiration so just plumped for that one.

Well. I'm still sorry to hear about it because I like you both and I always hate to see couples split up. I'm sure we'll sure you around soon enough, even though we're not doing much in the way of social dancing these days until after our last show in the middle of December.
 
Advance ticket sales close tomorrow!

Just a quick reminder that advance ticket sales close Weds 17th Nov (that's tomorrow!) at Midday. You'll have until midnight to then book your workshops.

After midday tomorrow, 3 night party tickets will be on sale at the event and you can purchase individual workshop tickets where there is availability.

The Town Hall is looking stunning with the Christmas markets opening tonight, and we're geared up for an awesome weekend kicking off on Thursday at Chicago Rock.

We're going to be very busy and highly recommend leaving your car at home or on the city outskirts.

Ahhh I see, not so much 'my very own groupies' as 'my very own hecklers', awwww doesn't have the same ring to it does it? :lol:
