Just dance it as a slow chacha for 2,3, 5&8 and you will always be on clave you can even do it 1&467.
By the way, interesting to see the lady in the earlier video teaching on3. Not very common teaching material these days. How old is that video?
Interesting also how several videos indicate that clave is 2-3 only while other say 3-2 only .

Not sure how old it is but I still Cubans break on 3. And half my city I s south Americans so there is on3 abound (in a more cumbia fashion).
