Who fancies a meet and greet night in London?! :D

OK – not much time to organise this now. I don’t know many drinking spots in Kings X (nor would I want to, it traditionally being one of London’s red light districts). However Clockwork (the venue where Salsateca hold La Finca) is only a ten minute walk away from the Scala, being between Angel Tube and Kings X station on Pentonville Road.

A couple of suggestions, only because I happened to drive along Euston Road a number of times and nothing to do with any activities I may be undertaking in the area (!) there is a Novotel Hotel between Euston and Kings Cross stations. There may be a bar in there you can go to? Otherwise, there is a Pizza Express or Zizzi (similar to Pizza Express) opposite Euston Station.

Why does it need to be planned around anything ?--

Suppose it doesn't - just thought it might bring in some out of towners too?

Yep - get a bunch of salsa people together... and then not salsa?! Madness, pure and simply madness. People would be dancing to no music at all - a clear sign of insanity!

 Don't worry, they will make their OWN music, whether it is by clapping, drumming on their knees or someone else's knees ( ), stumping their feet or hitting a knife and fork together, there WILL be 'music'!

Geez - all you bleedin Londoners. How about a meet and greet in the middle of the country that we've all got a chance to get to? Birmingham? Derby? Both have excellent events on throughout the year.

Why Ldn ?--I suspect more choices of dance venues ?-- and takes in all of south and s.w.

Damn those southerners. You do know that the British Isles is sinking in the south? In a few thousand years all those dance venues will be underwater and you'll be crying out to dance up north. :D

Cost ALWAYS has to be factored in. Not to mention travel time .

Hows about a Northern/ Midlands , and Southern venue ?. And or rotate same .

Can do Birmingham, that's almost as easy to get to for me as London, some good nights organised by Maurio and LatinMotion up there - or so I hear.

Cambridge is rather hard to get to :)

Can do Leeds and Derby as they're on the main train line from Scotland to London. Not right now though, still recovering from Scala at the weekend!

How about.......let's see.......Horwich (near Bolton) on Friday :P

If I'm right, then Horwich is, erm, north of Watford. That's all the Londoners out, then. More chance of seeing TJ from Atlanta!

Horwich? I'll have to dig out my passport. What currency do they use there? And will I need a phrase book?
