What is this ladies arm styling move & hwo to do it?

I've seen this salsa move that I love and can't seem to find any videos on how to do it.
To describe, it's when the arms alternates going up and down as you spin or turn, and it looks kind of like a windmill.
The woman in the below video does the move 3 times
Does anyone know the name of the move or can anyone break down how the arms should work for the effect?

I have never seen a breakdown of this styling move in any class. I would suggest slowing down the video to 0.25x speed and see if that helps?

I can do something similar as a lead going around in a circle around the follower, but it's very difficult to explain with words.

Hopefully another follower can chime in. It's not a common styling move taught in class.

No, but I will look into it

I checked the video slow motion and it indeed looks quite similar as done in BS. He leads it by flicking her right arm up, and since it was a demo and she was expecting it, she reacts by moving her left arm first up even before that, and then down (in BS, guy sometimes leads both arms, flicking one up and other down, leading the turn at the same time). She starts turning to the left, doing forward swimming - like action with arms during first half of the turn, and then backward swimming - like action with arms during the other half of the turn. Actually not very complicated, just it's quite fast here. I tried leading this a few times in BS (one girl actually asked me to try it) and it went well ... we did similar moves in zouk, just slower, called it airplane ...

I think it's unlikely that it was actually invented in BS though ... and I don't know how they call the move ...

Thanks so much - the airplane! Found it
I guess the arm you step with goes up first in the prep and then you alternate from there
