I only met Eddie Once. I took a Boot camp class. His warm up was on a different level because it made you relaxed. He just threw on a smooth track said "basic" and wAlked the room moving (oh yeah. Mmm. Etc). He would stop at someone and calmly look them up and down and then do a hip roll or something. Then he's make everyone do it. I've never been so relaxed in front of someone that should intimidate me.
Until he looked at me and gave me a half assed nod like (Engh.. You paid).
One thing he does which I love is not count his shine out. He does a melody for his quick steps. He made me sing to the class because I guessed the melody he was doing. There is 5 of my 15 minutes of fame gone.
