Were the rest of Cuarteto Machin Puerto Ricans?

I think Antonio Machin teamed up with Puerto Ricans. That's what Wikipedia says, but this Youtuber said the backup vocal is of a Cuban.

At the time that I produced this CD in 1990,I had not fully identified the personnel of this all- star Cuban sexteto.Today,I know that the second voice-maracas & baritone-is Bienvenido Leon and that the other two voices are two of the most important Cuban soneros of all time: the brothers Rafael Enriso & Enrique Enriso. If you listen carefully, the son opens with Enrique Enriso and Bienvenido Leon and later Antonio Machin and Rafael Enriso sing 1st and 2nd voices respectively in both sets of duos.

According to Wikipedia, the backup was Daniel Sanchez. In fact, the members were all Puerto Ricans with the exception of Machin.
