Was waiting for an official 'New forum' thread but seeing as there isn't one...THANK YOU!!

The thread subscription feature must save you a ton of bandwidth - such a great feature! :)
 
How do I put smilies in the messages? I'm probably being thick but I can only seem to put a smile in the 'title' box, what am I doing wrong?

Thoughts so far:

I like the new editor (though smileys you can click on like the old forum would be nice!)
The avatar taking up the whole width of the page makes for a lot more scrolling to catch up on threads.

I like the look though! Sharper, somehow.

P.S. it barfed at me for putting more than 4 "images" in my post. That's not going to be popular since it counts each smiley as an image!

Thank you, Flujo. I wasn't able to login during at the time of the migration so yes, please everyone, post your issues here.
 
How come everyone is classed as 'site admin'? I know I'm not responsible enough to have such a title :lol:
 
I like the overall look of the new forum. So, thanks for all the hard work. I've got only three issues currently with it:

Where do I find the old gallery that we had?
What the heck is that buddy/ignore feature good for?
Do we need those "Additional Options" in the editor like "attach files" and "rate thread?"

We'll keep working with everything over the next couple of days. Thanks for your feedback. Please just bear with us. In the end I am sure it will be a great improvement, but there are many settings and tweaks we'll have to do in the coming days.

No problem, I'm absolutely trusting you and everybody else who's involved to give us the best forum that we can get. So I won't mind waiting until everything is sorted out.

One last issue that I've noticed. The text box for a reply seems to be bigger then the one for sending a pm. I think having a bigger box would make it easier to write a pm, especially if it's going to be a longer one.

So, a big Thanks to you for all your work so far!
 
I did a couple of quick things just now.
- Moved the usernames over to the left side (with location, post count,etc)
- I enabled quick reply without having to click, so you can just post at the bottom of any topic

The photo album will be back, but it may be a couple of days. Also some of the other links that we had at the top previously will be back soon too.
 
No wonder my saved link did not work....hmmm... I actually liked the recent posts features of the last forum...better...otherwise looks very nice. :-)
