Types of Salsa Dance?

Hi all!

I am a beginner in Salsa and started learning it down in Melbourne, Australia 5 weeks ago.

I have tried LA style and Casino de Rueda, and am very curious to know more about the history and popularity of these two styles.

Also, i have been trying to find out how many types of salsa style (popular) exist in the world?

Are there any websites that i could look up? I would like to know more :)

I hope that this question is not a repost.
thanks
