I’ve been thinking about this, and shine is the thing I am SUPER DUPER not confident about, like I can remember only maybe 3 during social dance…I think this will be super hard but I really wanna try! I’d prefer if we can create an SF group for it though

I suggest picking an existing team and then telling everyone here which one to join.

Regardless, there won’t be 25 people from SF to fill a team so it doesn’t matter whether we start our own team or pick an existing team, we will always have non SF members in the team since all teams are public.

Also, all teams will be able to see each other’s videos so it’s not like we’ll be able to make videos only visible to the team we’re currently on.

Sadly, I’m not able to join this time due to injury but I highly encourage it!

I've not looked it up to confirm but I think I bought that track on album in 93 or 94. At the time it was the exact sound that a lot of people - mostly young - couldn't get enough of and when I djed with it people certainly hit the dancefloor. I think it's from the Black Ceasar soundtrack (a film I haven't seen for many years).

As well as JB and other early 70s funk I also played hip hop plus less-known funk-based music of the time.
