Southstreet Seaport events still happening?

Someone mentioned that the Southstreet Seaport events are now canceled. Is this true? I hope not.

I went there on Saturday and indeed it was cancelled. It's lovely that they didn't bother to tell anyone until you got there. Mambonyc still has it on the calendar for next week :roleyes: I talked to the water taxi people and they do randomly have salsa events there, but they didn't specify how the public would find out when...it's annoying to say the least

just for that, i'll make sure I never buy anything from skippers

Yeah, someone told me they canceled it again last Saturday after they made the trip down there. Someone needs to tell Mambonyc that it's canceled.

i think they moved it inside the building to one of the bars

Hm, I heard it moved indoors to the Pacific Bar and Grill inside, main level (for the Aug 15 party.)
