Hello,
I'm a long time salsero and been venturing into DJing at some of the local socials. I've got a vast library of music, but I don't master Spanish, the dominant language in salsa music. So it's hard for me understanding al lyrics fully or even scanning them for this theme.
As being visually impaired myself i was wondering if there are any songs about being blind, suffering from sight loss or by a blind artist / vocallist. I would love to incorporate them in my sets because it tells something about me, my struggle and my DJing.
It's kind of a longshot since in pop music there aren't any songs that i'm aware of on this theme, but there are some well known blind artist ofcourse.
I recently came across Alain Pérez - El ciego sin bastón
Wondering if there are any others you could suggest.
