song in tito ortos clip

Can anyone tell me the name of artist/song in this clip (the video is of Tito Ortos which is also in the video clip section). A comment on YouTube says this is Se Oye Como by Alex Castro but I haven't been able to find such a song by him. Doesn't sound much like his style either, so could it be something else?
