This is a new TV program analogous to "Idol" and other such talent search programs. I've seen Paulo FG talking about it for a while and this seems to be the first episode or something. I you don't speak Spanish, no point in watching. I have only scanned a bit so far. There is a lot of interesting discussion at a meeting of the judges who will be involved in the project. They talk about things such as improvisation, how a soneros should sound etc.
