Don't know about US cities, but the LatinoLife magazine in London has been around for many years...

Salsa by the bay founders are SF members. It is appreciable effort. I wish them the best.

I think there perhaps was a salsa magazine published out of bay area before. Not sure if this can be called the first.

Let's see how they cover salsa beyond competition and performances :)
