Salsa world tour around June/July/August - where to go?

Ok, this whole funeral thing has made me appreciate life is short even more.

I am young, single and loving life. No, not a personal ad, but reasons to travel now instead of making excuses and being the old dude that would have/could have...

So thinking around June/July/August (I cannot stand Winter).

Probably between 2 weeks min and 2 months max (would love around a month).

So where to go. I think I would prefer to spend more time in one place than a whirlwind 80 countries in 80 days type thing.

Yes, dancing would be key.

Thinking (obviously not all possible in short time but combinations and priority suggestions welcome (and reasons why))

Spain
Italy
France
Greece (heard dance parties are incredible there)
Cuba.
Dominican Republic
Brazil,
Argentina,
Venezuela
India

* Anywhere I go, I will learn their local dances


** I have checked the Congress calendar but could not determine a pattern to book around.

*** yes I know I have missed USA and UK where most of you legends live (seriously appreciate you all). I also missed Holland where my relatives live whom I have never met.

Cannot do everything this trip

Suggestions, ideas welcome. (never done this travelling thing so ideas for accomodation etc welcome. I would be happy with a backpack, smile and some dancing shoes)

Greece (heard dance parties are incredible there)

One word of warning about Greece: during summer, a lot of night clubs in Athens - including salsa clubs - close as the people who run them leave the city and move to the islands, where tourists are. So don't expect to see any salsa in Athens in July/August. Don't know about June either.

If you're thinking about being at the DR, then you should island hop and go check out the Puerto Rico Congress which is July/August.

Germany!

You wouldn't really make european trip without a visit to our country? So far I only know about one congress in july next year, but if you'ld like I can take a look around and see what else can I dig up.
