Salsa when running/working out

I think this hasn't been up. I usually use latin music/salsa when working out as well; it usually works out good (pun unintentional). I guess somebody of you must behave in a similar way.

Artists like santana, albita and grupo niche are my favourites, and they even have a good balance of energy/rhythm for running. Otherwise I would like instrumental music for this purpose.

I can find myself walking to a salsa rhythm any time... In the underground, while waiting for a train (which might seem very strange for other people), just on the streets... Many places :D

Even before I started dancing I liked to listen to salsa and meregue while working out. It gets a little freaky when I'm on the stairmaster however and start adding in arm shines! lol...

Yeah I do that too. And I hit the breaks in the music while at it .

I get a bad case of aches and pains when sitting for too long in an uncomfotable seat, so on planes and trains I often get up to where there's a bit of space and do a whole set of stretches and isolation exercises to salsa music.

Yep, walking home from a good night of salsa, mp3 player pumping out salsa, down the street... quick quick sloooowwww, quick quick sloooowwww. :D Feels quite good, probably looks amusing though :)

Probably? :D

Yeah, it's for this reason that I CANNOT listen to salsa music and walk... In fact, I often listen to my iPod while I work on my laptop at coffee shops and in that situation Bachata is the worst - I have caught my upper body doing strange things as I sit there... damn music!

Yeah, me too. I don't care any more :) At least it's not your hips.
