Salsa in Sofia

Hello everyone,

This is my first post in this forum, although I've been following it for quite a long time now.

I will be visiting Sofia (Bulgaria) on the last weekend of June (probably Saturday 28 and Sunday 29) and I would like to check out the salsa scene there. However, so far I've found it really hard to find any up to date information. There are some websites in Bulgarian which I don't understand, but from my attempts with Google Translate I would say they are outdated. There is this club Salsa Plus, which has a Facebook profile, but I can't tell when the best parties are or even whether it is still open.

I would be very grateful if anyone could provide any information.

Can you please search "tornado twins" on fb? They can give you info about the scene and parties.

I was there last weekend but it was for a salsa festival. I dont know their regular parties.

I think I may have found their facebook profile, but it seems to have been abandoned since 2012. I've tried to post a link but I'm not allowed yet: too bad I'm a newbie. I will send them a message nevertheless.
