Sabrosura's favourite salsa tunes (plus those of anyone else who cares to contribute)

Ah nice to see this thread again, bring back nice memories :)

Cute thread title :D

Can I add my favorite Cuban timba songs too, or are we restricting this to "non-timba"? :p

Looking at the dates, this was my first message in the thread, which I wrote the same night I was about to meet my now-fiance at a Cuban salsa party in Paris :) That was 3 days after my first ever (amazing) Cuban congress, in France, and two days before going to another one, in Belgrade, with Los Van Van playing at both. Ah...those were the non-pandemic days :D

here are some songs that will get me out of my seat to dance any time. I hope some of you fall in love with them as well, so when I'm out dancing in Europe or wherever on the planet I might be surprised by one of these:

jose quintero y su sexteto - no llores mas
michi sarmiento y su combo bravo - se apago
nano y la salsa cubana - tremendo cumban
senen y su negramenta - no me dejes morir
coco lagos y sus orates - recuerdame
alexis y su bonche - menique
cheche abreu y sus colosos - yo te traigo un son
latin brothers - el hijo del guaguanco
kako con ismael rivera jr - que murmuren
santiago ceron - lindo yambu
willie rosario - yo soy abacua
alfredito linares - el guarachero
panchito martin mena - si no hay razon
conjunto yenyere - lluvia
orquesta yare - si no sabes no te metas
kako y su combo - el candado y la llave (original)
conjunto batiri de antar daly - negro mambi

Salsaludos!

For me the list is signifigatly shorter:
Rudy Calzado - La Palomilla
Ran Kan Kan - Tito P (vocal version)
Sun Sun Babae - mostly Tito Rodriguez version or Jose Curbelo
Duna Balor - Super Dynamic
Guararey de Pastora (NOT the Ray barreto version) - the Original Changui iteration or the Septeto Santiguerro version blends Son and Changui very nicely
Mambo Gozon - Tito P
I'll begrudgingly put Lloraras on the list
