Ok, I was not so far of thinking about the Wailers, but my first guess of Bob Marley was wrong. The song was written by Winston Rodney and Phillip Fullwood. It is called "Marcus Garvey" from the album of the same name. In the video there is just short loop, but I'd look for Sly and Robbie recordings first. Since they could be one of the most recorded artists ever, there might be many versions under different names. They are really good at what they do, I hope time will be well spent :) It's not in Sinead O'Connor album, I checked. Actually it might even be some instrumental track.

Thanks, but don't you think it's sounds like a Reggaeton?

Since dancers are Puertoricans (and he, Aponteporo, is really into that groove too), I believed it was a reggaeton group, rather than Reggae...
