Does anybody else ever get emails telling them they have a new PM but when they check there's nothing there?

I have had a few of these and am just wondering what's going on :neutral:
 
:oops: I sent you a PM yesterday I think, and then decided to delete it, when I saw you had not read it as yet. Only the one PM though... nothing to do with you be 'Count Dracula' or anything like that! :oops:
 
That's happened to me too but not recently. Must be what pacion said about them being deleted before you've read them.
 
That's very clever.

I can think of a few emails I've sent and then wished I could have deleted them. Like the time I was criticising someone's performance in my football team and then found out I had included them in the "reply to" list :oops:

:shock: :lol: I hope that person wasn't physically bigger than you!

From what I gather, the deleting of PMs only works if the other person is not logged in. If they are, it goes to their Inbox straight away. :?
