sounds like a live band to me.....the coro on that is not "studio refined"

but I may be wrong....anyone go to that Salsa Congress? I looked up a couple of west coast salsa congress 2003 articles but couldn't find the bands that played....

i'm sure that's live though....
 
Not sure whethe it was live but the song is Otro Querer by Bobby Valentin & Marvin Santiago.
