The Nathy Peluso Marc Anthony collab has the same songwriting team as Peluso's recent salsa productions (Venezuelans Servando Primera, Manuel Lara, Benjamín Alerhand). Not sure whether that means this more of an initiative of her management than his. Produced by Marc Anthony and Venezuelan Motiff, who has a couple recent-ish salsa recordings to his name.

anyone know the relevance? There's the Florida-based instagram republikindependiente, but I also get some indication this might have to do with Venezuelan opposition and/or an independence movement for Venezuela's Zulia province
