A contribution: When you hear a sí it means "like that!"

I also wondered about something that crops up at exciting parts of Fania recordings, someone shouts something that sounds like "inneesay!" I can't even guess at the spelling?!

lit. "and it says" more colloquially 'and it goes like this', vocal cue to an instrumentalist to let rip.
