Meet-up of Salsa people in India

Right now I am in Goa, India. Any people from salsaforums who would like to meet me? I am here until April 4th.

I will be in Mumbai the day of April 5th arriving about 7 in the morning. My flight is at 4am the next day, so could meet people during the day/that evening.
 
Just found out one sf person, Spencer, whom I hope to actually meet up with. Would be great if I can meet up with others, also.
 
hey sagitta....r u gonna be in Goa anytime between May 16th thru 20th? I'm from Bangalore but will be there during the above mentioned dates. or drop in to Bangalore sometime...would b nice to meet ya
 
Unfortunately not. I have been in Goa since feb 11th, first for a cousin's weddding, then stayed on a while log as I haven't seen my family (parents) in three years. I probably won't be coming back to goa until x'mas 2010.

When I was there last year, Sunday evenings at Zenzi was it. To best of my knowledge it is still on. Spencer is totally plugged into Mumbai scene and also DJs on Sunday socials. Ask him

You can also check salsaindia.com which hosts the Sunday social. You can also call them. mumbaisalsameetup.info has very active mailing list and I just checked their website. It seems revamped and has pretty comprehensive listing of salsa parties. I don't know what this link is tinyurl.com/latinmumbai but some people on the mailing list swear by it on receiving the salsa updates via SMS.

Last year the Mumbai salsa fest was around first week of April. It might be on around when you are going.

yeh sunday evenings at zenzi is great fun! :) sagitta we can do sunday,im also part of salsaindia and yeh i dj sometimes for them for fun hehe
harshini23 is my best friend,she a lil inactive here but totally active salsa dancer! she will be there on sunday too.........
does sagitta have a name? :) lol
