For sure it's not Javier Vazquez....
there are other version of that song by different name: Que se sepa ;-)
i think there is one version by Roberto Roena,
other by Wuelfo - Siguelo que se sepa,
and another by Alfredo "Chocolate" Armenteros...

as we can hear on this video there is another version of that song....but don't know this one...
