Is Itunes music legal for a pub

Pub, bar - potato, potato.

Nomenclature and pronuncation.. sometimes, 2 different " animals ".. a distinction with a difference . Football... "American" style, and, " English style " football" . Biscuits and Biscuits.. too many to list..the vagaries of the english language !

Pub, bar - potato, potato.

I haven't been "back east" and things may be different there, but in my experience the only places called "pubs" in the US are "O'SoAndSos Irish pub" or "Liverpool Pub" or some such thing i.e. used when referring to something "European"

Bars here are almost extinct. Now everybody "modernize" the concept and refer them as Pubs, even when they are far from the original Irish or European concept.

Ha ha to me a Pub sounds like some old-fashioned, quaint place rather than something modern. Anyway, I haven't lived in the US for almost 20 years so all my info is dated :)

Theres a Pub in Atlanta called Churchills, and a few others whose names I cant recall. very, very English ( dart boards, Guiness on tap etc , and english style food ) owned by an english couple.

In PR are still essentially bars but most are named as pub to sound "modern" and appeal younger clients :D

Here in Bayamón is one "Irish Pub" but they don't even sell Irish Beer.

Please do not lecture English people about the meaning of the word pub - it is the one thing we are experts at :p

We also use the word bar for pub+ :)

Just jokin' in case it's lost in translation.

I would be happy if they audit royalties paid from record companies. the composers and musicians have no way to prove how many copies are really sold. Even today new big music stars receive just a fraction for each CD sold (in some cases, less than a dollar). it gets more complicated when we talk about legal downloads.

That's why most musicians prefer to record and distribute their work independently.
I agree!!
