I can't log in to SF.

I'm still logged in on my phone but for the last few weeks I cannot log in on my laptop. It says The requested user could not be found.

Please help.

If you're on a Windows PC, the only thing I can think of is to clear your cookies/cache. And I'd also try other browsers too. Hopefully one of those things work.
 
I am having the same issue since a few weeks ago, i had posted about it.

@Chris_Yannick The issue is not with the browser it's with the site -- when I try to log in it says "user not found". (I tried several browsers) Possibly a Windows update related issue.

So I've also been posting only from my phone for the last few weeks. It's very annoying because I usually post from my computer, especially if I want to post files/photos from articles I read on computer browser it's super annoying to have to do it from phone.
 
Do you have a different computer from which you can try?

Alternatively, open a different browser on the mobile and change it to desktop mode. See if that gives the same problem.
 
I have tried different browsers and it makes no difference. Posting using my phone is a torturous, time-consuming process so until the situation is resolved I'll only post occasionally and without sharing links or quoting anyone.

A shame because I used to enjoy participating.

I'm always on my phone. Hence the horrendous typing.
 
I have a feeling that those of you affected are just going to have to bite the bullet and create new profiles. "DJ Yuca II", "The Artist formerly known as Sabrosura" etc. etc. Mods won't be able to help with a tech issue unfortunately. Good luck!
 
It won't let me register as a new user either.

I should have known better than to take advice from someone called Governor Moonbeam. Why can't you have a sensible name, like I have?

LOL, sorry, will try to be more sensible henceforth. Weird that it won't let you create a fresh profile. Maybe try on a different laptop.
 
I have another idea if all else fails...find a trusted SF contact and have him/her create a new profile for you, with a dummy password that you can change. Then see if you can logon from your machine.

I would do it, but being a member of the Nigerian royal family I would require a refundable deposit of $10000 in my offshore bank acct.
 
Victim blaming I see. For your information when I was logged in I couldn't post so I thought logging out might resolve the problem.
