I did some searches on the usual sites but nothing came up. I would suggest getting in contact with Fabio or Stefania (e.g. via facebook) and asking them where you can purchase it.
 
They do not have Facebook .. I looked them together separately does not appear anything .... you know what their Facebook!

You can not post links so enamels with a profit but it's all connected
 
Maybe you would be better off buying another DVD that is more easily available. We have threads with DVD reviews that can help you make a choice.
