I'm going to a Valentine themed event tonight - looking forward to the 'Blind Date' dances. I think it means partners are thrown together at random, though I'm not sure...
 
Thanks, PR. Doing anything fun tonight? I'm afraid I'm not doing anything this year for V Day. My sister has planned to have foot surgery. Ouch! :x So, I'll be helping her after her surgery today. :( I don't know what she was thinking. Surgery on Valentine's Day? :nope:

The blind date dance was interesting – not what I imagined though.

The men formed a random queue on one side of the dance floor and the ladies on the other. Then the people at the front of each queue got the entire dance floor for maybe 30 seconds before the next couple were ushered on.

My ‘random’ partner was someone I usually have 2-3 dances with on an average night :)

i've been real mean to guys the last couple of months
so i didnt get alot of chocolate and flowers, but i got wuts more important
people calling me ( people i havent met since i was last in NY) just to wish me a happy that day :)
