Good source for learning intermediate fundamentals?

I recently bought Peter Fige's DVDs, which I'm enjoying, but they and every salsa teacher I've ever had have this frustrating habit of skipping from showing a few basics (typically inside turn, outside turn, spin with a prep) to 4+ bar sequences.

Yet quite often they'll refer to something obviously fundamental (ie done on an 8 count, or at least a motion that couldn't really be broken down into multiple separate 8-count moves) like 'open break', 'windmill' 'broken left', 'cross pass' etc.

Can people recommend any media that covers that kind of thing (though preferably with some more advanced stuff, or at least advanced styling, since I *think* I know most of them at least in theory by now)?

Both Santo Rico and Baila Society have online programs that teach a set of '7 fundamental' moves. And the lessons that show patterns usually point out the pieces that they are composed of.

SalsaCrazy has a bunch of online videos that are pretty good. It's been a couple of years since I subscribed to the site. Most of the videos are short. Cover basic to advance, styling, several different dances. Most of the instructors are people I know from the San Francisco Bay Area. They have online videos and DVD's. The site owner, Evan, will probably answer questions by email as well.
