I received a confusing payment email from Dancehouse that already includes bank details, but the same message says it’s not an order confirmation and that they’ll send payment info later. That is contradictory. Has anyone else experienced this? I hope it's legit because I felt pressured to pay with only a few passes remaining...
I would maybe shoot them an email just to check.
If you haven't sent payment, then nothing happened and they can't force you to pay, if that's what you're concerned about?
I sent an email to check, no answer so far. I am concerned because I payed. With the passes almost out of stock and my flight already booked I decided to go ahead. Hope that wasn't a mistake.
Flights before passes, you so brave. I only do it when orgs are my friends.
If you purchased the pass still within the availability window, I don't see how they can refuse you.
You are so right. I had no idea the passes were so limited and so high in demand given the price level. Lots to learn for me! Luckily I am also visiting family in the city...
If you paid, at worst you pick up pass at the venue. I have yet to see an organizer to whom if you show proof of payment, will deny a pass (when due to glitch it didn’t register in their system).
How much time left till the festival? If organizer doesn’t answer email, find their number and call them.
That's true! I received confirmation yesterday, so everything is legit.
