Cuban Son Body Movement

I am looking for a video that breaks down Son body movements. I feel awkward whenever I separate from my partners because I dont know what to do with my arms.
Any tips?

From what I understand son is elegant and simple. Yoyre not supposed to move all afro Cuban like (traditional Son). Movement should be minimized to torso and maybe small shimmies. Not alot of apart movements.
At least what o was told.

Check out this guys Cuban movement lol:
A little more body moments but still minmal
And an enchufla which isn't supposed to happen in Traditional Son (So I was chastised about t times in 1 your)

Get this dvd.
This video looks like an excerpt from the DVD above. There's a basic demo at the beginning with an English voiceover. I like the lady's core movement, it's very nice; but I'm not sure about the guy; I feel like he's not strong / well-balanced, and he's almost throwing the lady around at some parts. Also worth looking at - are the different dancers at 8:10.

Unsure what you mean about throwing around (not an argument starter) but for what it's worth I got chastised for leading a little too light by my teacher. She insists on a firm "push" on Dile and promenade (that's what I call it, probably not correct name) and noticeable "pull" (firm, not jerky) on the lead for the walk around.

Yeah, lady is nice and moves quite smooth, he is clumsy and tends to disturb her movement, his leading isn't really in coordination with his own movement. Would definitively avoid him to teach me anything
I've seen a lot of similar leading in urban kiz

Dont you think he might be a good teacher regardless of whether he can move?
