Antigone, you know those large cakes that are hollow in the centre and large enough to hide in. I reckon he would love it if you were to pop out of one wearing some lovely silk pyjamas - I'll find out his address and steal them from his drawer then give them to you just before you get into the cake ok. :D

Oh, I don't wear pajamas, so that won't be necessary. Just provide the cake :)
 
Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone.

Just got back last night from a week's salsa holiday 40 miles up the coast from Barcelona.

Great time: classes with Patrick Patrick Mussendijk and Kimberly Margherita (who was a complete poppet, one of the nicest people I've ever met. Just one small example was that she actually went out and bought a cake herself, with her own money, to give slices to the people who had had birthdays through the week: every household needs a Kimberly, I now believe).

Plus Osbanis and Anetta, Mauricio Rheyes, Angus Peters and (of course) Nicolai Vigneswaren.

Couldn't get to sleep last night though - at all.
