Just curious, this song has the same name but sounds like a different song than No Estamos Locos (David Calzado y Charanga Habanera, original song by Ketama)? Sorry don't speak Spanish so can't compare the lyrics.

Or maybe it's the same song, just a very different (sounding) interpretation.

It's not the same song as Charanga Habanera/Ketama. When I heard the lyrics in the rueda, my thoughts went to CH also, but the lyrics are also totally different.
