My friends gave me mixed reviews about Old Irish Pub salsa nights. Some said it was amazing while others have complained about having been denied entrance for not speaking danish. Pretty ironic that they would have a latin night and deny entrance to latinos.

I would also check out some facebook groups for salsa in Copenhagen and also some dancing schools there that might organize some events.
