Any clue to what the name is..?

The song im looking for was used by the Tropical Gem guys in their all male performance at the 2005 Switzerland Congress. Johnny Vazquez also used it in a Mayan Competition in 2001 in a cowboy/girl skit. Does anyone have any idea what im talking about? It starts with this weird honking sound.
