I have been here for a while. How do body rolls help in salsa?

Im in a bit of an unfortunate place. All the above-average dancers in my city almost never come out locally. There are some who I only see in events in other cities. I am in no contact with a suitable partner right now. I wish I was more proactive with collecting Facebook accounts back in the day.
