DC bachata congress if it happens again this year
Philly Salsa Fest (not to be confused with the "congress" - totally different)
Not sure what else is gonna pop up....
Palm springs tomorrow
DC congress in June
DC bachata congress in August?
Will probably make it again to NYC in September
If I'm really lucky, Toronto in October
Still unsure of where to go in March, fingers crossed for somewhere in Europe (I ain't going to Vancouver, that's for sure )
Don't forget to put approximate dates next to your events people, so others can use this as a reference
Houston Salsa Congress (Jan 14th-17th)
Texas Salsa Congress (mid-March)
I expect to be attending and performing at both of those Congresses. If there's another big SalsaForums meetup at the 2010 New York Congress, then I'll seriously consider that one. I might also consider one of the Congresses in the U.S. with heavy Casino/Rueda dancing, like the San Francisco/Bay Area Salsa Rueda Festival (February 2010 timing will be very difficult for me, though) or Miami's Salsa Rueda Congress (I haven't seen official dates for 2010, but it happened during November in 2009).
One of these years I'll also have to attend the Congress in Los Angeles....
I'm attending the Houston Salsa Congress in January, Bachata Dallas Congress in February, Hawaii Salsa Congress (to teach) in February, Texas Salsa Congress in March, Vegas Salsa Congress in July, Puerto Rico Congress in end of July, New York Congress in September and San Francisco in November.
I'll start with
Frankfurt (February 12th-14th) and
Candela Salsa Festival Karlsruhe (March 25th-28th)
Salsa Festival Münster (April 16th-18th)
As for the rest of the year I haven't made plans yet, I'm almost sure I'm gonna make it to Hamburg (July 16th-18th) and Berlin (October 1st-3rd), the rest depends on how everything works out with my thesis and whatever comes next.
