Hi my name is Erica, I'm 26. I grew up dancing as a little girl and the beat never left my blood. I've never been formally trained for the latin dances, but I think I can pretty much learn anything if I'm shown what it looks like. (toot, toot, tootin' my own horn) Anyhoo, I know the basics of Salsa, bachata, merenque, and cumbia. I have a passion for music, so much so that I CANNOT clean the house without Salsa and a pair of dance shoes. Sadly, I'm not kidding. LOL. I'm really looking forward to learning more, and getting the inside scoop on new music. :banana: I really love to dance but I have a hard time getting over my stage fright. Unless I'm a wee bit intoxicated, I'd love to know how you all get over this without the extra calories. LOL. Well I guess that's enough of an intro for now.

I really know what you mean when you say that you can't clean the house without salsa: I can't do almost anything without it!! :D
 
The husband would say that I can't clean the house at all! But I know what you mean. It's easier if you have some good music on... then your hips just start twitching as you push the vacuum cleaner or wring out the dishcloth...
