Where to learn salsa in Kuching Malaysia?

Good day guys

I've been corresponding with a friend who is obesessed with learning salsa, yet tells me there is no one to learn from. A search of the web seems to confirm this is so. Any Malaysians out there who can advise on this? I find it amazing that there is still any place on the planet that doesn't have salsa!
