The biggest salsa night in Manchester is Salsology I think. See www.salsology.com for event dates and classes.

According to the second-hand info I have, you can dance salsa on Tuesdays at La Tasca or Copacabana. The La Tasca classes are Cuban style. There's also salsa at Squares on Sundays (monthly?).
