Salut Les Parisien Salsera/os,

I will be in Paris Nov 16-24th, and am looking for the salsa scene every night of the week. Can anyone help me out for places to go, depending on the night? Since I'm there only a week, hoping to catch some place that is definitely open for one of the nights there.

Anyone who needs a partner, drop me a line! ;-)

Merci bien!
Adriana

Hola Adrianna !!!!

I play with my band the 17 in La Java !!!

http://www.parisetudiant.com/loisirs/evenement.php?ne=14618

La Java is the most older "NightClub" in Paris (1920 !!!)...And Edith Piaf (the french lady-singer who sing "La Vie En Rose" made her beginning here !!!).In the years 80 it was a place very important for the salsa music in Paris...A lot of international bands played in La Java...
La Java is about 450 people...and it's only 10 euros !!

Each month, there's the "Movida Latina"...22H30 => 5H00 !!! Band in live, 2 djs (the last month Dj El Chino From Colombia) etc...

Si tu vienes, yo soy el trompetista del grupo ;-)

A + (like we say in France ;-)

The best party i have ever been to (and i have been 2 a lot!) is sundays at the "barrio latino" in the bastille district of paris.killer djs, amazing dancers and a one of a kind atmosphere.it starts early,2 or 3pm,dont be late, the place is rockin' and full by 4 then it ends at 7pm sharp.it is salsa 7th heaven (cross body style)!
