Nobody else is going to Punta Cana?? :shock:

I would be interested to read your review. According to the congress web site they only have 3 teachers and 3 performers... I think someone needs to work on their web design skills! :wink:
 
Not sure what the final schedule will be for the workshops, but check the schedule (calendar of events) tab - many performances are on the schedule. On Friday alone:

I want to go soooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. And now the flights are sky-rocket high. Anyone have any ideas how I can make my way over there???? I REALLY want to go.... and see old buddies... :(

never seen him in real life, but on clips he looks a lot like my husband. Go figure, they're both Dominican. Maybe if I convince him that they're related, he'll give the $3000 to go to the Punta Cana congress! :idea:
 
nope i'm not going..tho i'd love to, maybe next year.....

Philly is excellent, not as good as NY but we have some kickass dancers here....just not as many options/places to go dancing!

It's mainly on1 but all the good dancers dance on2......so you can get your fix...


And if you need a big on2 fix you just go to NY for the weekend / a day to go dancing which is where i'm off to this afternoon to hit up choco's tongiht and jimmy antons on sun
 
So I just got my first ... rub it in your face e-mail about Punta Cana. This is the jist of it:

It was a blast....
I didn't expect it to be as good as it was... Seriously...
Of course it was only or "mostly" NYC people... Some poeple from Atlanta, Venezuela, Mexico, tourists on vacation, sanky pankies showed up as well...
The Hotel service was crappy as hell. I would never stay there again on my own... The food and drinks were crappy although it was all-inclusive.... I swear it took 6 drinks to get a buzz...
The weather was great.... Beach and pool parties were awesome. Lots on women walking around topless and stuff.
A basic day in Punta Cana was hitting the Beach, then the Pool, then dinner, then the congress, then the after party, then the Beach. Also the Local Dominicans really know how to party... OMG
The Congress performances were really good...
Dancing was much better than PR. BTW LOTS of people hooking up... And wouldn't u like to know... OH well, to bad b/c what goes on in Punta Cana Stays in Punta Cana...

Any more reviews?
 
This was the main reason I skipped Punta Cana. You folks lucked up by a week, but this is what is normal this time of year :shock:
