Awww I can't dance for a whole week at least!!

I put my back out!! sob sob. Can't dance for at least a week coz I can bearly walk at the moment

All because I went and played Golf with the fiance and it rained - we got soaked (it had been really sunny when we went so we didn't take any waterproofs) it was about half way round when it started and I got so cold I can only assume that is what has made my back so sore.

Theres a reason I do salsa and not golf normally you know! :headwall:

Note to self - stick with salsa!

I'm sorry to hear that you've hurt your back. You need to take it really easy with a back injury because it can cause you long term problems. My husband has arthritis in his spine because of an injury to his back.

As salseralon said make sure it is fully healed before you salsa again otherwise you may not be able to salsa ever again and that would be awful!!!!
